PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LiquaTile 1184V is a 100% solids, amine-cured self leveling epoxy floor coating which exhibits excellent resistance to organic solvents, caustic environments, and dilute acidic exposures while also displaying outstanding mechanical properties, such as adhesion and abrasion resistance. LiquaTile Epoxy Floor Coatings are designed for concrete service such as warehouse flooring and machine pads.

APPLIATION DATA SUMMARY

LiquaTile is mixed on site and applied with notched trowel, “squeegee”, roller or airless spray to create a smooth, glossy floor. LiquaTile can also be applied to vertical and horizontal steel surfaces without the need for surface primers or other types of secondary bonding agents in most cases.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Coating performance is directly related to the quality and degree of surface preparation. Prior to overcoating, all surfaces must be clean, dry, primed, and free of all contaminants. For more specific information, consult Wolverine Coatings Corporation or your authorized Wolverine representative.
